An in-line mall location of 750-1,200 sq. ft. is estimated to cost turnkey between $214,500 and $348,500.

A retail background or experience in building other retail brands through franchising is a plus. For single unit operators, a minimum of $100,000 in available cash and a net worth of $300,000 is preferred. Multi-unit operators must be well capitalized and will be evaluated in relation to the number of stores in their development agreement.

The franchise fee is $27,500 for your first store. If you commit to 2-4 stores upfront, your franchise fee on the additional stores is $20,000 per store. If you commit to 5 or more stores upfront your franchise fee on the additional stores is $15,000 per store.
